Bacalhau à Brás…uma versão mais saudável!

Ingredientes
400 g de bacalhau desfiado
1 cebola
5 dentes de alho
200g de cenoura ralada
1 alho francês
2 folhas de louro
4 ovos
2 colheres de sopa de azeite
1 rama de salsa fresca
Sal e pimenta q.b.
Preparação:
Num tacho refogar a cebola, o alho, o louro e o azeite e temperar. Adicionar o alho francês cortado às rodelas e o bacalhau desfiado e previamente demolhado.
À parte, bater os ovos numa taça justamente com a salsa picada.
Adicionar a cenoura ao tacho, retificar o tempero e de seguida os ovos, com o lume brando. Desligar logo de seguida e misturar bem.
